Vellimer

Sub-processors

Last updated: 2 October 2026

These are the companies that process shoppers' data on Vellimer's behalf when a shop embeds the fragrance reader and consultant. All are based in the United States; the transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in each provider's data-processing terms.

Not sub-processors of shops' data

Resend, Inc. (e-mail delivery), Telegram (notifications) and Google Workspace (our mailbox) are used only for our own enquiry notifications and correspondence with shops. No shopper data reaches them.

Changes to this list

We notify each shop's contact person in writing at least 14 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor, so that the shop can object before the change takes effect (Clause 9(a), Option 2, of the Standard Contractual Clauses). This page is updated on the same day.
