Hosting and providers

The service is hosted by Railway Corporation (USA). The language model behind the consultant is provided by Google (Gemini). If Google's service has a technical failure, we may temporarily switch to Anthropic PBC (USA). The full list of sub-processors for shops' data is on the Sub-processors page.

Intellectual property

The Vellimer software, design, texts and note photographs are the property of Vellimer and are provided to shops under the Vellimer Service Terms. Shops' catalogues, names and images remain their own.
